The conference will take place at Bukhara State University, 11 Muhammad Iqbol Street, Bukhara 200117, Uzbekistan

We will provide the participants with visa support documents (an official letter of invitation). We will be glad to help with accommodation in cozy and hospitable hotels of Bukhara at special prices to all participants during the conference by priory arrangement. Accommodation and travel expenses are paid by sending organizations.

  • Prof. Maksat N. Kalimoldayev

    Prof. Maksat Kalimoldayev is an Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and Professor. He is a leading specialist in applied mathematics, information and computational technologies, mathematical modeling, control theory, optimization, and nonlinear dynamical systems. His research includes mathematical methods for control and stability, computational algorithms, information systems, and applications of mathematical modeling to complex technological systems.

  • Prof. Tulkin Rasulov

    Prof. Tulkin Rasulov is a Professor of Mathematics and Head of the Center of Excellence at Bukhara State University. His research interests include spectral theory, operator theory, Schrödinger operators, scattering theory, and mathematical physics, with particular emphasis on the spectral analysis of block operator matrices and models arising in quantum mathematical physics. He has extensive experience in mathematical research, international collaboration, doctoral supervision, and academic leadership.

  • Dr. Spyridon D. Mourtas

    Dr. Spyridon D. Mourtas is a researcher in computational and applied mathematics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His research interests include computational mathematics, mathematical finance, optimization, neural-network methods, matrix computations, and numerical algorithms for complex and time-varying systems. His recent work also explores intelligent computational methods and their applications to optimization, localization, and financial modeling.
